How many passengers fit on a charter bus?

A full-size motor coach typically seats 47 to 56 passengers. Mini coaches and mini buses cover roughly 20 to 40 passengers, sprinter vans handle 11 to 16, and party buses range from about 10 to 60 depending on the layout. What size bus do I need for 30 people?

For a group of 30, a mini coach or a 30-to-35-passenger bus is usually the best value — you get every seat you need without paying for a full-size coach. Enter 30 in the passenger filter and the fleet reorders to show the smallest vehicles that still fit your group first.

What if my group is larger than any single vehicle?

Large groups are routine for us. We run multi-vehicle trips regularly and coordinate them as a single booking, so your whole party travels together and arrives together. Tell us your group size and trip details and we will put together the right combination of vehicles.

Should I book a bus with extra seats?

A little headroom is worth it. Luggage, chaperones, and last-minute additions are common, so if your group is close to a vehicle capacity limit, the next size up is usually the safer booking.
