By accessing and using Busbie services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Busbie provides transportation booking and coordination services. We connect customers with transportation providers to fulfill their travel needs. We act as an intermediary and facilitate the booking process between customers and service providers.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount specified.
Pre-Authorization: When you submit a payment, we may place a temporary hold (pre-authorization) on your payment method. This hold reserves the funds but does not immediately charge your account. The actual charge will be processed upon confirmation of your service. If the service is canceled or not provided, the authorization will be released within 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in partial or full charges depending on the circumstances and vendor policies.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please contact our support team at [email protected] for any refund requests.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making bookings. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, and passenger counts. You agree to be present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
Busbie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
